Metal processing and welding operations are among the core processes within AKIRMAK’s integrated manufacturing structure for rearview mirror systems, mirror arms and related metal components. In-house capabilities provide controlled, traceable and flexible manufacturing processes.
Metal forming and Welding
AKIRMAK provides metal forming and welding capabilities including tube cutting, tube bending, welding, pressing and sheet metal preparation for rear-view mirror systems and related assembly groups.
Mirror arms, brackets, connection parts and various metal components are manufactured according to product and application requirements. Oxygen, argon and MIG welding operations are carried out with dedicated control and welding fixtures designed in-house.
Additional aluminium and laser-cut sheet metal components are supplied according to AKIRMAK’s own tooling and production requirements, supporting consistent and flexible manufacturing processes.
