Integrated Manufacturing Capabilities
Assembly is one of the final processes within AKIRMAK’s integrated manufacturing structure for rearview mirror systems. Component integration, functional checks and packaging preparation are carried out under controlled processes to ensure product conformity and shipment quality.
Rear-View Mirror Assembly
Glass, plastic, metal and sourced components are brought together on final assembly lines to produce complete rearview mirror systems and related assembly groups according to defined product specifications.
Assembly operations are carried out using specified torque values for critical connection points. Visual, optical and functional checks are performed on all products, while electric mirror systems are additionally tested with dedicated control equipment before shipment.
Packaging solutions are prepared according to product type and logistics requirements to ensure safe handling, transportation and delivery.
