Customer expectations, application requirements, manufacturability and product functionality are evaluated during the development process. Product designs, mould concepts, assembly fixtures and control fixtures are developed using 3D CAD modelling and engineering software according to technical and production requirements.

Prototype preparation processes including rapid prototyping and 3D printing technologies support product validation and the transition from product development to serial manufacturing operations.
